Over the past year I've rebuilt how I work around AI. I built a three agent system to speed up my design workflow, a UX Designer, a UI Designer, and a UI Reviewer, working together in an advise, build, review, document pipeline.

The result: I own the whole process end to end, strategy, research, UI, and increasingly the technical decisions that used to sit only with engineering.
